January 7th, 2010 Luncheon for Patsy
Our dear friend, Patsy Mousseau, is moving to Canada. She is a past President of NNN and such a good friend to so many women, that we cannot let her move away without a great sendoff! That means girlfriends, food, and maybe some wine.
Please join us to wish Patsy a fond farewell at Tiramis Su on January 7th at 11:30 a.m. We will have a short menu of 3-5 choices to make it easier on the restaurant and on us. Please send email RSVP's to khunclaudia@hotmail.com by Monday, January 4th. Separate checks will not be provided so please bring cash. It is Patsy's birthday month, so feel free to bring a funny card!!

On Wednesday, February 17th, at 11:15 am, we will meet at the Bees' Knees' to create a one of a kind glass fusion bracelet. Afterwards, lunch at Genettis across the street. The Bees' Knees' is in downtown Northville, at 141 E. Main St., and Genettis is located across the street, about a block west of the Bees' Knees'. Cost is $30.00 per person due by February 1st. April 21st , 2010 Pewabic Pottery and Lunch
Pewabic Pottery is a living treasure offering a little known part of American History. Founded in 1903, Pewabic is nationally known renowned for its' tile and pottery in unique glazes. On Wednesday, April 21st, NNN will have the opportunity to be "hands on," creating and decorating a clay piece in their education studio. Upon completion, Pewabic will fire our pieces in their kiln. We will pick up the items for members a few weeks later for you to pick up from our homes.
Pewabic Pottery is at 10125 East Jefferson Ave., Detroit
Following our creative efforts, we will dine at the lovely Sindbads Restaurant, at 100 St. Clair Ave, Detroit, just a short distance from the studio.
We will carpool from the lot across from the Northville Post Office, meeting at the back end of the lot. Arrive by 9:25 a,m., scheduled leave time is 9:30 a.m. Our appointment is at 10:30 a.m. The tour and studio time will take about two ours, with time allowed to visit the museum store. We will then proceed to Sindbads' for lunch. Alcoholic beverages and dessert are on your own.
The complete price for this event is $31.00. Send checks, payable to NNN, by April 10th to Colleen Nametz, 16612 Brooklane Blvd., Northville, MI 48168. Please indicate along with your check, if you are carpooling, and/or are willing to drive. Please follow car-pooling guidelines!

Reserve the date, April 21, the NNN will be touring Pewabic Pottery, along with creating a clay object in their education studio and taking a tour. Following the time at Pewabic Pottery, we will journey down the street for lunch at Sindbads. Our departure time from Mags parking lot is 9:30 am, to arrive at our destination by 10:15 am. We will be at Pewabic about 2 hours, then we proceed to Sindbads for lunch. Cost of this event is
$ 31.00 per person, all inclusive. If you desire a dessert, that will be on your own. Cash bar available. Mail check to Colleen Nametz, payable to NNN.

All Northville Newcomers & Neighbors and Friends - please join the fun! The Outing is a Mixed Scramble - all levels (men & women are welcome to play. This is NOT a pressure event, but designed for fun.
